Frequently asked questions
What happens if an issue is found?
The issue is photographed and reported to you. We suggest a solution and, where relevant, a quote. No paid work is carried out without your approval, except in emergencies defined together beforehand.
Is the app already available?
The Onekis owner app is available on iPhone (App Store) and coming soon to Android. Your access is created when we take care of your home; it brings together visits, reports, incidents, requests and invoices. On Android, in the meantime, your manager sends you every report directly.
How much does it cost?
Every home is different. After an initial conversation and an assessment of your property, we send you a detailed proposal: plan, visit frequency and options.
