Between the bay of Villefranche, the Cap-Ferrat peninsula, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Èze and Cap-d'Ail, many properties are large villas with extensive gardens, household staff or many contractors. Oversight here is first a matter of coordination and discretion: knowing who comes in, when, and checking that every job is properly done.

The terrain and the sea bring their own constraints too: sloping plots, retaining walls, terraces and equipment exposed to sea spray. After heavy rain or strong wind, an inspection visit quickly confirms the condition of the grounds.
