Yes. Many second homes in Cannes are apartments, and our Essential plan was designed with them in mind.

Can you prepare my apartment during the Festival or a trade fair?

Yes, on request and subject to availability: cleaning, linen, groceries, transport, bookings. These periods are in high demand, so let us know as early as possible.

Can you liaise with my building's management company?

We can be the local contact for practical matters — access, works inside your apartment, reporting an issue — within the scope you give us. Decisions about the building remain yours.

Do you cover villas in Super-Cannes and Le Cannet?

Yes. For villas, oversight includes the grounds, pool and gate, and coordination of the gardener and pool technician.
