General terms of sale
These general terms of sale apply to the Onekis services subscribed by a client, in particular from the Onekis app. The client accepts them before any subscription.

1. Provider
Onekis — Sonia Echellaoui, sole trader (EI), 37 avenue des Aloès, 06600 Antibes, France, SIRET 898 063 821 00034. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Contact: contact@onekis.com, +33 6 01 68 16 38.
2. Services
Onekis provides private second-home management and concierge services: inspection visits of the home while the client is away, reports with photos, detection of visible anomalies, coordination of upkeep and contractors, preparation before arrival, according to the chosen plan (Essential, Serenity, Signature; Estate on quotation). The content of each plan is shown on onekis.com and in the app.
Services outside the plan (repairs, concierge services) are subject to a quote accepted by the client before any work. They may be carried out by selected partners, subject to availability; these partners are not Onekis employees.
Onekis is not a private security company: inspection visits are neither surveillance nor a guarantee against intrusion, theft or damage.
The owner space in the Onekis app is currently being rolled out. Until it is activated for the client, reports, invoices and documents are sent directly by e-mail, and any step described as done in the app can be done by e-mail at contact@onekis.com.
3. Prices
Fixed prices, the same for every home, VAT not applicable: Essential €99 per month or €1,089 per year; Serenity €229 per month or €2,519 per year; Signature €490 per month or €5,390 per year (yearly plan: one month free). Estate: on quotation.
The price is the one displayed when subscribing. Any price change is announced to the client at least one month before it applies; the client may then cancel.
4. Term and renewal
Monthly plan: no commitment; it renews every month until cancelled.
Yearly plan: concluded for one year and paid in advance; it renews for one year unless cancelled. Onekis informs the client in writing of the option not to renew, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of the current period (article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code).
5. Payment
The first payment is taken when subscribing, with the means of payment saved by the client (card or SEPA Direct Debit, through the payment provider Stripe; Onekis never sees the full card number or IBAN). Further payments are taken automatically at each due date.
Each invoice is available in the app and announced by e-mail; when it is debited automatically, the date is stated and is at least three days after the invoice is sent (except the first payment). The client may also pay by bank transfer.
If a payment is declined or late, the client is reminded. After an unanswered reminder, Onekis may suspend its services until payment.
6. Cancellation
The client may cancel at any time from the app (My subscription) or by e-mail. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid (month or year); no further invoice is issued. The current period is not refunded, unless the law provides otherwise.
Onekis may end the subscription with thirty days' notice, or without notice in case of a serious breach by the client; any amount paid for services not provided is then refunded.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A consumer client has fourteen days from subscription to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@onekis.com (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Payments are refunded within fourteen days.
If the client asks for services to start before the end of this period, they owe the amount corresponding to the services provided until withdrawal (article L221-25).
8. Access to the home
The client entrusts Onekis with the necessary means of access (keys, codes). They are kept securely, used only for the services, and returned at the end of the contract; stored codes are deleted.
9. Liability
Onekis has an obligation of means. It is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, defects of the building or equipment, acts of third parties or force majeure. Partners' work falls under their own professional liability.
10. Personal data
The client's data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on onekis.com.
11. Complaints and disputes
In case of difficulty, the client contacts Onekis (contact@onekis.com) so that an amicable solution can be found together.
These terms are governed by French law.
