Second home management in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez

Villas in Ramatuelle and Gassin, village houses in Saint-Tropez, properties in Grimaud and Sainte-Maxime: homes around the gulf are often lived in only a few weeks a year. Between stays, we look after them and prepare your return.

What an empty home needs here

Around the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, many properties are villas lived in mainly during the summer, sometimes for just a few weeks. The rest of the year they stay closed among pines, vineyards and gardens — which is exactly when regular oversight avoids discovering, in spring, a leak, a shutter torn off by the wind or an overgrown garden.

The season transforms the peninsula: in July and August, traffic is heavy and service providers are in high demand, so opening the house in spring and closing it after the summer need planning. In wooded areas, clearing vegetation around homes is also a legal obligation, to be dealt with before the summer.

On the ground, we take care of:

  • Oversight of villas left empty off-season: doors and windows, humidity, equipment
  • Gardener and pool technician coordination ahead of the high season
  • Full preparation of the house before you arrive
  • Beach, restaurant and boat bookings during your stay, subject to availability

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover Ramatuelle and Gassin?

Yes, the whole Gulf of Saint-Tropez is covered, including Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud and Sainte-Maxime.

Can you open the house in spring and close it after the summer?

Yes. When opening: cleaning, linen, getting the pool, garden and air conditioning going. When closing: tidying, agreed shut-offs, a full check and a photographed report.

Who handles the mandatory vegetation clearing?

It's the owner's obligation in the areas concerned. We can arrange for a partner gardener to do it before the summer and send you photos once the work is done.

Can you book beaches and restaurants during our stay?

Yes, on request and subject to availability. In high summer, the earlier you ask, the more options there are.
